Motor: Provides power to the conveyor. Common specifications range from 0.75 kW to 7.5 kW. The appropriate power rating should be determined by calculating based on the load weight and conveying speed.

Conveyor belts can be categorized by material into rubber belts, PVC belts, PU belts, and metal mesh belts. Rubber belts are highly wear-resistant and suitable for heavy-duty applications such as mining; food-grade PU belts meet hygiene standards.
Tensioning device: Maintains appropriate belt tension by adjusting the screw or counterweight, preventing slippage.
