Use
• Heat-resistant conveyor belts are primarily used for conveying high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, hot coke, cement clinker, and hot castings. Depending on the primary manifestations of belt damage leading to loss of conveying capacity and different heat-resistance levels, either ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) or styrene-butadiene rubber is used as the cover rubber; high-strength, high-permeability polyester canvas or cotton canvas serves as the carcass layer. A heat-resistant glass fabric can be laid between the cover rubber and the carcass layer to further extend the service life of the belt. Upon customer request, the belts can also be manufactured in a circular configuration.
• Heat-resistant and high-temperature conveyor belts are widely used for conveying materials in fields such as coal, mining, ports, metallurgy, power generation, and chemical industry.
Features
1. High strength, thin body, and lightweight.
2. Use nylon/EP polyester/NN/EE rubber-coated canvas as the carcass material.
3. The body is soft, has good groove-forming properties, and exhibits good elasticity.
4. It has excellent high-temperature and heat resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures as high as 250°C for short periods.
5. Suitable for transporting materials with larger payloads, higher speeds, and medium-to-long distances.
