Main structure
Seamless steel pipes are commonly used for manufacturing, but aluminum alloys (such as 6061T5), stainless steels (304L/316L), or cast steel parts can also be selected to meet the requirements of different operating conditions.
The diameter range is wide, varying from 25 mm to 89 mm. Bearing bore diameters are classified according to their load-carrying capacity as follows: light-duty (50–100 mm), medium-duty (120–180 mm), and heavy-duty (200–220 mm).
Surface treatment
Smooth-surface rollers: Have a low coefficient of friction (0.20–0.25) and are suitable for applications with low power and low ambient humidity.
Rubber-coated rollers: The surface is covered with a rubber layer (such as herringbone or diamond patterns), featuring a high coefficient of friction (up to 0.35 or higher), excellent anti-slip and wear-resistant properties, and suitable for heavy-duty or wet environments.
Other processing methods: spraying, powder coating, mirror polishing, etc., to meet requirements for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
